An indicator, not a diagnosis
Four levels, from full to the critical threshold. They say nothing about a condition and replace no medical advice: they state the capacity available right now. It is a communication signal, and nothing more.
Product · Shared State
Withdrawal is not disinterest. A short reply is not coldness. With no information, people interpret — and get it wrong. Shared State gives that information a clear form, and above all, something to do about it.
Four levels, from full to the critical threshold. They say nothing about a condition and replace no medical advice: they state the capacity available right now. It is a communication signal, and nothing more.
One tap in the app. Or zero taps: a level's URL can be written to an NFC tag on a desk, or to a Siri shortcut. One gesture is enough — precisely because bad days are the ones where you have no energy to open an app.
The public page opens with no account and nothing to install, on any phone. Share it as a link or a QR code — on an office door, in a group chat, on a badge.
You start from a template and rewrite it entirely: the name of each level, what it means, what helps, what to avoid. Nobody knows how you work better than you.
A group that doesn't know how to respond ends up avoiding — then excluding, without ever deciding to. Giving people something to do removes the excuse of not knowing.
Free. The people who read your state need no account at all.
